Homer UMC has Sunday morning Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. and a Traditional Worship Service at 11:00 a.m. We have an adult choir that meets Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. The choir has an outreach ministry to retirement homes in the area. Homer has a very active prayer chain ministry. Wednesday Evening Prayer meets at 6:00 p.m. Bible Study Sunday 5:00-6:00 p.m. |

| Homer United Methodist Church has been a body of believers since the 1800's. We open our doors to all to come and worship with us. We have a traditional worship service at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings and Sunday School for all ages at 10:00 a.m. Our music is under the direction of Brenda Feltman and is accompanied by Dr. Sherry Durham, organist, and Charlotte Pruitt, pianist. Holy Communion is observed the first Sunday in each month, and we invite all believers to share communion at our altar. The calendar of monthly events and other worship opportunities are posted monthly on our web site.
